Refund and Returns Policy

At Ajike Essentials, we are committed to providing quality cleaning products and excellent service. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item delivered is damaged, leaking, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery or pickup
  • Orders returned due to a change of mind
  • Discounted or clearance items

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval of the returned item
  • Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer
  • Refund processing time is 3–5 business days after approval
  • Delivery and logistics fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for incorrect or defective items, subject to availability
  • Customers may be required to pay any price difference where applicable

Delivery & Pickup Responsibility

Customers are advised to inspect items immediately upon delivery or pickup. Ajike Essentials will not be held responsible for issues reported after items have been accepted.

Stockpiled Goods

  • Stockpiled items must be collected within 3 weeks
  • Ajike Essentials will not be responsible for goods left beyond this period
