How long does delivery take within Lagos?

Delivery within Lagos takes 24–48 hours after order confirmation.

Do you deliver outside Lagos?

Yes. Orders outside Lagos are sent on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

What are your delivery fees within Lagos?

Lagos Mainland: ₦3,500 – ₦5,000
Lagos Island: ₦5,000 – ₦8,000

Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?

Yes. Pickup is available Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00am – 5:30pm.

What happens if I miss my delivery or pickup?

Items can be stockpiled for up to 3 weeks after payment.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 24 hours.

Which items are non-returnable?

Beauty, skincare, spa tools, cleaning products, and used items are non-returnable.

How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

Are delivery fees refundable?

No. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
